Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using JobVectorAI ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What JobVectorAI does
JobVectorAI is an automated job application service. Once you subscribe to a plan, our system submits job applications on your behalf using the resume and information you provide. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.
Your account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.
Subscriptions and payments
- Plans are billed weekly. Your plan runs until the end of the current week.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing week — no refunds for the remaining days.
- If you exceed the application limit for your plan in a given week, you must upgrade to continue applying that week.
- Prices are shown in USD. Ghana users pay via Paystack in the local equivalent.
Your resume and information
- You confirm that the resume and information you provide is truthful and belongs to you.
- You grant JobVectorAI a limited licence to use your resume and details solely to submit applications on your behalf.
- You must not upload content that is fraudulent, plagiarised, or belongs to another person.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the platform's systems or other users' data.
- Submit false information about your identity or qualifications.
- Resell or transfer access to the platform.
No guarantees
JobVectorAI provides a best-effort automated application service. We do not guarantee that applications will be received, reviewed, or result in interviews or job offers. Job outcomes depend on the employer, market conditions, and your qualifications.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobVectorAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of income or employment opportunities.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
